Oxygen
and nitrogen generators

Oxygen generators

When producing oxygen from compressed air, the oxygen generator separates the gases using zeolite. This material adsorbs and separates nitrogen, leaving only oxygen. This process allows oxygen generators to achieve purity levels of up to 95%.

The most common type of oxygen delivery device is the Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) generator. It usually consists of two zeolite adsorption cylinders to increase the pressure
and separates 78% of nitrogen and 21% of oxygen contained in normal air.

Within this system, cylinders are used to maintain continuous gas production
and minimizing energy consumption. Once the nitrogen is separated, it is often regenerated for optimal air pressure in each bottle.

To ensure a continuous supply of oxygen, a gas storage tank is provided for future (peak) demand. All of these devices, including the generator, air compressor, dryer and piping, can be stored side by side so they take up minimal space.

  • Cost effectiveness

Producing your own oxygen with the required purity will allow you to significantly reduce gas costs. Cost per unit O2 are 50-90% lower with generators compared to bottled or liquid oxygen.

  • Sustainability

Eliminate transport emissions from oxygen delivery. In addition, self-oxygen solutions are extremely efficient, minimizing energy consumption and environmental impact. For example, our generator is 30% more efficient than traditional oxygen generators.

  • A reliable source O2

There is no need to rely on external suppliers. Making your own oxygen gives you full control over your oxygen source.

  • No worries about logistics

Say goodbye to O2 logistics monitoring2, contacting suppliers and securing deliveries.

Nitrogen generators

A nitrogen generator is a device that separates nitrogen from compressed air, which consists of 78% N2 and 21 % O 2. The nitrogen generator is the simplest, most flexible, most cost-effective
and the most sustainable way of obtaining one's own nitrogen reserves.

PSA technology

Pressurized cyclic adsorption (PSA) separates nitrogen from compressed air using adsorbent materials. When air passes through a vessel filled with carbon molecular sieves (CMS), the oxygen contained in the air is adsorbed by the CMS. This means that only nitrogen is supplied to the outlet
with a purity of up to 99.999%. PSA generators are ideal for applications with high purity and high flow requirements.

Membrane technology

Membrane technology is a very simple, reliable and continuous method of N2 production. Compressed air is forced through hollow polymer membranes. The oxygen contained in the air escapes through the fiber walls and enters the atmosphere. This leaves high-quality nitrogen with a purity of 95 to 99.5% at the output of the generator.

  • Cost effectiveness

Producing your own nitrogen with the required purity will allow you to significantly reduce nitrogen costs

  • Sustainability

You eliminate emissions from transport when delivering nitrogen. In addition, custom nitrogen production solutions are extremely efficient, minimizing energy consumption and your environmental footprint.

  • Reliable nitrogen supply

There is no need to rely on external suppliers. Own production gives you full control over your nitrogen supply.

Accessories

For the proper functioning of nitrogen and oxygen generators, we offer complete accessories for the entire system.

  • Room ventilation

Proper ventilation of the generator room is a must.

  • Detection of oxygen level in the room with sound/visual signaling

When working in rooms where the oxygen content can rise to dangerous levels, a continuous measurement system is necessary.

  • Compressors

Variable speed compressors are preferred to avoid inlet pressure fluctuations and hence purity instability.

  • Condensation dryers and compressed air filtration

Class 1-4-1 according to ISO 8573-1:2010 should always be achieved to ensure a long service life of the adsorbent material or membranes.

  • Equalizing and auxiliary pressure vessels

The correct dimensioning of the expansion vessels is crucial for achieving the required performance.

  • Flow and pressure regulators

To avoid excessive gas consumption.

  • Nitrogen and oxygen purity sensors

Monitoring of the required purity of nitrogen and oxygen at the output of the generator.

  • Additional oxygen filtration.

Oxygen filters remove particles with a size of up to 0.01 micron.
