Our company supplies high-quality aluminum alloy compressed air and vacuum piping systems that can integrate with all existing systems in the world, whether they are installed indoors, outdoors or in special spaces. They meet demanding requirements even in the most complex installations. The advantage of these systems is long service life, easy and quick assembly. AIRCOM distribution systems are variable, they can be expanded at will and combined with each other, even without welding, gluing and soldering. The AIRCOM system guarantees quick disassembly of the connection, with just a few movements of the hands, without damaging the pipe or the coupling. This allows all parts to be reused.

High system flexibility
The Quick Line piping system has been designed to meet the complex requirements of compressed air distribution and many other gases and vacuums. All components comply with the European Directive 97/23/EC on pressure equipment. The high standard of quality allows us to provide a 10-year warranty for the entire distribution system.

Short installation time
The advantage of the Quick Line system is quick and easy assembly with immediate connection of aluminum fittings and pipes, without the need for welding, gluing and cutting threads. This significantly saves the time required for installation and the costs associated with it.

Durable with low weight
Highly resistant to many aggressive and non-aggressive substances. We supply and use in sizes: 20 – 25 – 32 – 40 – 50 – 63 – 80 – 110 – 168 – 220. The all-aluminum system in a wide range of diameters up to 8″ (∅220mm), with a calibrated inner surface of the pipe, gives potential for the linear flow of compressed air in pipes, which allows high flow rates to be achieved and thus the use of smaller pipe diameters compared to pipes made of other materials.

Air quality and maintenance
Thanks to the fully aluminum construction, the quality of the passing compressed air maintains constant properties from the output of the compressor to the end user. Calibrated diameters with highly smooth surfaces allow for optimal flow. The high quality and high durability of our fittings significantly reduces pressure losses in pipes and maintenance costs. Zero leaks are a matter of course.
