In the case of medical gas sources, primary, secondary or reserve sources for continuous supply of medical gas are essential. For the needs of installing these resources, we will prepare a complete design, the installation itself, and later the warranty and post-warranty service of the devices.
The compressor station is used to ensure a sufficient amount of compressed medical air for breathing or to drive surgical instruments into the work space in the rooms of medical facilities, or of compressed air to other special facilities (laboratories). It consists of compressors, pressure vessel, filters, air cleaning units and other components so that the whole assembly corresponds to STN EN ISO 7396-1.
Compressed air treatment units for breathing take compressed air and clean it to a level suitable for breathing in demanding conditions. This is usually done by passing the air through different levels of filtration and adsorption.
The treatment units use an innovative seven-stage filtration system that ensures that the output air meets strict international quality standards. Our breathing air cleaners, for example, use glass fiber media that guarantee excellent air quality.

The vacuum station is used to ensure negative pressure in the working space in the rooms of medical facilities and other special operations (laboratories). According to the customer's request, it can be stable (the layout and arrangement of the individual devices is in the space of the vacuum station room) or mobile / compact (it is a compact arrangement of the individual devices on a fixed or mobile stand) = saving space!
The oxygen generator (Oxygenerator) is intended for the production of oxygen (O2) for medical purposes in the environment of operating theaters and wards. For the production of oxygen, it uses cyclic pressure adsorption (PSA) technology, enabling the production of oxygen with a concentration of 93% (90-96%), according to LEK 14 - Oxygen concentrators for use with medical gas distributions. During its operation, it takes clean and dry air from the compressor feed room and passes it through an internal process that removes nitrogen and other elements to produce oxygen with a purity of 93% (+/-3%).
Cylinder stations deliver medical gas from pressure cylinders or bundles of cylinders. They are connected to the source with a special hose. These hoses are equipped at both ends with specific threads for the connection of a specific gas due to the safety and unmistakability of the medical gas.
